Homebase is my review-first autoblogging lab. I am using it to turn the media I consume, the notes I capture, and the workflows I am building into a small publishing system that can grow with future projects.

The public site stays intentionally simple, but behind it I am building a workflow for ingestion, draft generation, approval, site publishing, and selective syndication.

I’m a product manager who has always loved technology but never fully crossed over into building it. That’s changing. With the current generation of AI tools and agentic systems, the gap between “product person who has ideas” and “person who can ship them” is narrower than it has ever been, and this site is where I close it in public.

The Philosophy

Ship small things often. The site should feel like a lab notebook: honest about what worked, and clear about what did not. I’d rather publish a short, real note this week than wait on a perfect essay that never comes.

And I want the machine to do the toil. The whole point of the autoblogging pipeline is to let AI handle ingestion and first drafts so the human work is judgment: deciding what’s worth publishing and saying it in my own voice.
